The staffs friendly was amazing. The front desk team and others were top notch. Everyone. The team really value customers. I love the location. The food and atmosphere was good too.

The room had minor issues. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the toilet flush were dodgy.

The staff were consistently warm and professional. they were also very attentive. the hotel atmosphere was elegant. it was also cute. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. i appreciated the care shown by the staff.

The hotel decor needs a serious facelift. The bathrooms in the smaller rooms were not great.

the mirror room hosted our family birthday meal. the room itself is a fantastic private dining space. julia was helpful in organizing the event and ensuring everything went smoothly. i highly recommend this venue for its quality and dedicated staff. the sunday roast stood out with its excellent quality. the menu provides a good variety of options. the petite room had everything i needed. i found it quiet, clean, and comfy.

the address discrepancy caused slight confusion for uber and drop-offs. the gps directed us to a nearby building instead. it was not a major issue, but it did add a bit of inconvenience at the start.
